I'm in Ontario, Canada. For years I've been searching through stores looking for an outdoor nativity scene..... with no luck. Santa, reindeer, Bart Simpson, the grinch, heck, even Barbie, but no Jesus. No Christ at Christmas.....SAD.

When my son was in grade school the teachers discussed the "true" meaning of Christmas ..... family, peace, friends..... but no Jesus....SAD.

The city puts up a Holiday tree, not a Christmas tree..... SAD.

My boss is afraid to send out cards that say "Merry Christmas" for fear of offending a customer ..... SAD.

I have faithful Muslim, Hindi friends and Jewish friends, and a Buddist cousin, who all wish me Merry Christmas. So who is it that's being offended by CHRISTmas? I think it may be those who have no faith in anything.

It's up to parents to teach the TRUE meaning of CHRISTmas. Keep Him in the season. Put the focus on Him, not some fictional fat guy in a tacky red suit.

I love taking drives and checking out all the lawn decorations around the Holidays. I particularly like the blow up lawn inflatables. I haven't seen one of the Nativity Scene in our neighborhood, but will be on the look out this year. I see lots of Santa Claus and Frosty -- I'm guessing they are the most popular ones and maybe the most reasonable prices. Happy Holidays. On the lookout for the Nativity Inflatables now!

I agree wholeheartedly that Christmas is becoming alarmingly over-commercialized.

I have a feeling there are thousands of children that have never heard of the story of Christmas and only know of Santa and presents.

Even those that only read about it don't really grasp the concept without seeing it first hand. That's what these life sized nativity scenes do. They help drive home the real meaning of Christmas.

All my neighbours have outdoor lights, every single person in the street except for me and I have no idea about how to put them up!
